Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan KSP Karya Mulya di Kabupaten Pringsewu

The purpose of this study was to determine and describe the effect of Organizational culture and Work Environment on Employee Performance of KSP Karya Mulya, either simultaneously or partially. The data of this study are all employees at KSP Karya Mulya in Pringsewu Regency, totaling 47 people. The sampling technique in this study using the census study population technique, so that the entire population is used as a sample. The data collection method used is the questionnaire method. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple regression using the SPSS for Windows tool. The results of the data regression analysis show the following equation Y = 8.939 + 0, 421X + 0, 642X₂₋. Partially, the Organizational Culture variable contributed 20.5%, and the influence of the work environment was 30.1%. Simultaneously, the independent variables (Organizational Culture and Work Environment) affect the dependent variable (performance) of KSP Karya Mulya employees by 60.09% while the remaining 39.91% is influenced by factors not examined.
